Hey there! I’ve done a few hoists in my day. I’d say the biggest thing I can suggest is to get both the hoist engineers and field team in a room with your base building engineer.

Many of the connections, base locations and tie in points require that the structure can support specific capacities. By starting the conversation early you can build in those capacities to the base building design.
