I’m preparing a schedule for foundation work right now, hoping to confirm if I have the sequencing right:
1. Excavate for footings
2. Formwork for new footings
3. Rebar for new footings
4. Formwork for foundation walls
5. Reinforcement for foundation walls
6. Pour new foundation walls

Hey there! A few comments on your sequence:
- For your footings, depending upon the type, you may be able to excavate and pour against the soil. This may save you time but I’d check with your engineer.
- Formwork should be one side only, than reinforcement, than form second side (especially with the walls)
- You’ve missed stripping of the footings and foundation wall.

Confirmed Kyle’s comments above. Maybe just consider adding a line item for concrete curing so you can track when you can build on top of it.
