In what has been described as a \u2018record land deal\u2019 for the north of England,\u00a0 homes will be delivered by both Countryside and Vistry\u2019s house building business in a joint venture with Torus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Countryside will deliver 595 affordable homes in partnership with Torus, as well as 595 homes available on the open market.<\/span><\/p>\n

The affordable homes will offer a mixture of shared ownership and affordable rent.<\/span><\/p>\n

The completed development will include significant public realm open space, new sports pitches and the creation of a high-quality residential environment.<\/span><\/p>\n
