Latest accounts filed at Companies House show the company had a turnover of \u00a341m for the year to May 31 2021 generating a pre-tax profit of \u00a31.8m while employing 21 staff.<\/p>\n

S&I Groundworks was founded by Stuart Brotherton and Ian Taylor in 2014 and works with a host of major house builders preparing residential sites.<\/p>\n

One worried subcontractor said: \u201cWe are owed a large sum by S&I and have been chasing it for months now.\u201d<\/p>\n
