Despite the slow-down in the speed of the tower\u2019s upward rise over the last weeks due to the forming of the first mechanical levels, the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/mizrahi-developments.7773\" target=\"_blank\">Mizrahi Developments<\/a> project has managed to stay firmly top of mind in the UrbanToronto Forum on the shoulders of its recently installed exterior finishes. What we are seeing is the northeast corner of the building, specifically of the third-storey slab located immediately above the 40 foot glass panels of the grade-level retail space. In the image we can see two workers installing the metal panelling by hand, mounting the piece on the east elevation, with the piece on the north elevation already secured. This tells us that the cladding we have seen so far are shorter samples of the final material, and will eventually be replaced by the full size pieces of cladding.
