However, with four other unique residential buildings outlined in subsequent phases, the first phase is really only the tip of the Central Park iceberg. That’s why today, we are digging into another area of that project that will surely become one of the hottest selling points: The Park Club, the amenity hub of the community.

<imgx alt="The Park Club amenity centre at The Residences at Central Park, masterplanned community designed by Core Architects for Amexon" class="image-display_default" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="insert-display_default-71649e0b-f56f-498f-8d8d-abbffa8cba8a" data-insert-attach="{" id="" data-insert-class="image-display_default" data-insert-type="image" src="https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2023/01/51026/51026-153243.jpeg" onclick="photo('https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2023/01/51026/51026-153243.jpeg', true, ''); return false;" title="proposed design for entrance to the Park Club, image courtesy of Amexon"/>proposed design for entrance to the Park Club, image courtesy of Amexon

The location of the Park Club is a key factor in cementing its role as the heart of mixed-use programming in the Central Park community. Overall, the community comprises seven buildings all designed by Core Architects, which are broken down into four towers, each of 31-storeys, a residential mid-rise, and the updating of two existing office buildings. Three of the four towers are built above an extensive shared podium, pictured below on the right of the frame, accounting for over 900 units of varying sizes in a single building.

<imgx alt="The Park Club amenity centre at The Residences at Central Park, masterplanned community designed by Core Architects for Amexon" class="image-display_default" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="insert-display_default-79639b13-9808-4be2-952e-6ea3d869d75d" data-insert-attach="{" id="" data-insert-class="image-display_default" data-insert-type="image" src="https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2023/01/51026/51026-153248.jpeg" onclick="photo('https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2023/01/51026/51026-153248.jpeg', true, ''); return false;" title="Looking east at the complete design of The Residences at Central Park, image courtesy of Amexon"/>Looking east at the complete design of The Residences at Central Park, image courtesy of Amexon

The Park Club will occupy a total of four floors in this shared podium, positioning the amenity centre closest to the community’s most dense area.
