Occupancy will begin in February.<\/p>\n<p>The project offers views of downtown Montreal and the St. Lawrence River, with high ceilings and large windows to maximize natural light, stated a release. The units feature loggia balconies and six appliances and optional indoor and outdoor parking is available. The balconies were integrated from the inside, allowing for an optimal intake of natural light. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c16 Place du commerce on Ile-des-Soeurs is a well-thought-out conversion into modern apartments while remaining mindful of the surrounding landscape.
