The selection of developments were\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/westbend-residences.42437\" target=\"_blank\">Westbend Residences<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/mile-creek-condos.49952\" target=\"_blank\">Mile &amp; Creek Condos<\/a>, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/martha-james-condominiums.43318\" target=\"_blank\">Martha James Condos<\/a>, their sales launched by Mattamy last year, and all marking a significant milestone in the developers\u2019 ongoing mission to deliver new homes to a region where reliable accommodations are growing harder and harder to come by.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled to break ground on three highly anticipated communities&#8221; said Brad Carr, CEO of Mattamy Homes Canada. The first steps for construction will see extensive drilling to create boreholes for the geothermal heating system that will allow the development to operate at the highest efficiency during the hottest and coldest times of the year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Moving west, Mattamy was pleased to ceremonially commence the construction of Mile &amp; Creek Condos in Milton, Ontario, kick-starting a project that will continue to evolve over the next decade.
