The construction work is done at Strongco Corporation\u2019s new Dartmouth facility. Located at 276 Higney Avenue, the company reports that doors will officially be open on Monday, March 6 to welcome customers to the relocated branch.<\/p>\n

The relocation will not change the service offerings as the company says it will continue to support heavy equipment sales, rental and product support and service for the Volvo Construction Equipment, and Sennebogen and Eco Log Forestry product lines Strongco distributes in Nova Scotia and throughout the Atlantic region.<\/p>\n

The newly designed Strongco facility will expand the company\u2019s ability to provide additional customer support, however. The new structure has more than 21,000 square feet of space and is designed with eight new, modern service bays, each with 35 feet of operating height.\u00a0 The shop is also outfitted with a pair of 10-ton overhead cranes, and increased space in the parts and shipping warehouse.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis major milestone solidifies our investment in our team and the customers we serve. We have started the move to a great future and our Dartmouth Team is looking forward to serving our valued customers from this new facility on March 6,\u201d stated Stephen George, Strongco\u2019s regional vice-president for construction equipment in Eastern Canada.<\/p>\n
