Net Internal Area (NIA), external terraces on fifth, sixth and seventh floors and a green roof. A start on site is envisaged next year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-15-at-15.35.12.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-471897\" src=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-15-at-15.35.12.png\" alt=\"-\" width=\"1526\" height=\"1174\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paddington Over-Station Development \u2013 located by Grand Union Canal and close to the new Elizabeth line station at Paddington, this 19-storey building currently has permission to deliver new office and retail space measuring around 235,000 sq. ft. NIA. It will include a canal side reception and use a ground and air source heat pump system. A start on site is anticipated in 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/02\/0e239e5df8ba4e7c89769bd1e5bc2e5a.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-471893\" src=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/02\/0e239e5df8ba4e7c89769bd1e5bc2e5a.jpg\" alt=\"-\" width=\"580\" height=\"580\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Southwark Over-Station Development \u2013 located above Southwark Tube station on the Jubilee line, this 17-storey hybrid timber building is set to be one of the greenest and healthiest large-scale commercial buildings in the UK. Measuring around 220,000 sq ft,\u00a0 it will provide a mixture of commercial office space and retail space and has external terraces on most floors.
