negotiations are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Lane End is a leading developing contractor for the construction and housing sector across the North West and has built more than 1,000 homes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-ad-id=\"470321\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.limelightonlhoist.com%2Flevelblue%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\"><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Lane End Construction Director Mick Cunningham told the <em>Enquirer<\/em>: \u201c<\/span>Lane End Group remain active and viable and are currently exploring strategic options to re-structure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis process is ongoing, and new investors are entering the final stages of negotiations and due diligence, to secure a successful share purchase.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe administration notice has been lodged to protect the business as a short-term measure until the completion of the restructure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUpon conclusion, this investment will secure the future of our employees and sub-contractor partners and will allow Lane End to continue to grow and develop\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Latest accounts filed for the year to May 31 2022 show the company had a turnover of \u00a381m generating a pre-tax profit of \u00a3245,000 while employing 106 staff.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-mpu ad-mpu-inline\">\n<div class=\"sleeve\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-ad-id=\"438362\"
