Designed by Bjarke<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Ingels<\/span> Group, <\/span><\/span>Red Lion Court ha<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0been designed to be net-zero in both construction and operation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By reusing part of the existing building and prioritising<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>low carbon and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>recycled materials<\/span>,<\/span> Landsec expects<\/span> exceed London sustainability, biodiversity and energy efficiency targets. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It will target WELL Core Platinum<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>BREEAM \u2018Outstanding\u2019<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Landsec\u2019s client team includes cost consultant Gardiner & Theobald, M&E engineer Hoare Lea and structural engineer AKT II.<\/p>\n
