To the left is the former LCBO head office, while in the background rise the first two towers of Menkes&#8217; Sugar Wharf Condominiums, now topped off but still under construction.<\/p>\n<p>On this site in the foreground, where the former head offices and warehouse have been standing, will rise the third through fifth towers of Sugar Wharf Condominiums.
