{"id":15733,"date":"2023-04-23T03:11:40","date_gmt":"2023-04-23T10:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/credai-ties-up-with-igbc-to-help-realtors-in-development-of-green-buildings\/"},"modified":"2023-04-23T03:11:41","modified_gmt":"2023-04-23T10:11:41","slug":"credai-ties-up-with-igbc-to-help-realtors-in-development-of-green-buildings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/credai-ties-up-with-igbc-to-help-realtors-in-development-of-green-buildings\/","title":{"rendered":"Credai ties up with IGBC to help realtors in development of green buildings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/files\/membership-default-internal\/\" class=\"memberhide\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/01\/20220718_175041000_iOS.jpg\" alt=\"-\"><\/a><br\/><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div wp_automatic_readability=\"108\">\n<div class=\"td-featured-image-rec\">\n<div class=\"td-post-featured-image\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/04\/green-buildings.jpg\" data-caption=\"\"><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Realtors\u2019 apex body Credai on Saturday said it has partnered Indian Green Building Council to facilitate its members to develop certified environmental-friendly housing projects.<\/p>\n<p>The association has pledged the development of 1,000 green-certified projects in the next two years and 4,000 projects by 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) has entered into a partnership with Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) to achieve this target.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this tie-up, we will encourage and guide our more than 13,000 members on the construction of green buildings,\u201d said Boman Irani, who is set to become Credai National President, on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere will be uniformity on various norms to be followed for the development of certified green buildings,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Under the association with IGBC, Credai seeks to spearhead the green building movement.
