The \u00a3140m project is being delivered by Glenbrook and backed by Legal & General following last month\u2019s announcement of what is Leeds\u2019 largest build-to-rent funding deal and the pair\u2019s first venture together.<\/p>\n

Whitehall Riverside represents Glenbrook\u2019s first residential scheme in Leeds with a further 618-home development to come forward at Kirkstall Road later this year.<\/p>\n

It is B&K\u2019s second project for Glenbrook having completed in February a 280-flat build for sale scheme, known as High Definition, at MediaCityUK.<\/p>\n
