CIOB will reveal the list of finalists later this year before the winners are announced in April. Anyone who submitted an entry for the postponed 2023 event does not need to enter again.<\/p>\n<p>Caroline Gumble, CEO at CIOB, said:\u201d The CIOB Awards provides an important platform to cheerlead for our sector and to share the stories of some of the best and brightest built environment professionals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am absolutely delighted that we have now confirmed a new date for the awards and can look forward to celebrating this important industry in the Spring next year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know there are many people who are doing amazing and innovative work within construction and I can\u2019t wait to see them recognised and celebrated for their achievements.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The most recent Construction Manager of the Year award was scooped up by Kier\u2019s Joe O\u2019Connell for his work on Exeter\u2019s St Sidwell\u2019s Point Leisure Centre.
