Following up on our latest story on newly started construction projects, we are also delving into an investigation of the latest group of projects to reach completion. With construction work on the following developments all wrapped up, and they are set to become integral parts of the communities they serve. Here are ten projects completed recently across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA):<\/p>\n

Casino Woodbine<\/a><\/p>\n

Etobicoke’s Rexdale neighbourhood welcomes a new 11-storey casino, hotel, and commercial building developed by One Toronto Gaming<\/a>. Designed by CGL Architects Inc<\/a> in association with Chris Dikeakos Architects<\/a>, the development is set to boost the entertainment options in the area and become a popular destination.<\/p>\n

The Humber<\/a><\/p>\n

Overlooking the Humber River in Toronto’s Weston neighbourhood, The Humber offers a brand-new 22-storey, 233-unit condominium. Options for Homes<\/a> led the development, with design work by Architecture Unfolded<\/a> and HCA Architecture<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Towne Apartments Podium Renovation<\/a><\/p>\n

BDP Quadrangle<\/a>‘s redesign brings a modern glass aesthetic to the podium at Azuria Group<\/a>‘s The Towne Apartments, situated at 77 St Clair Avenue East. The renovated space houses a mix of market-rate rentals, offices, and retail establishments.<\/p>\n

The Delta Lofts<\/a><\/p>\n

Hamilton’s Delta neighbourhood welcomes the Delta Lofts, previously known as Main Street Lofts. This 7-storey rental building was developed by Tibro Properties<\/a> and designed by Lintack Architects<\/a>. The building adds 75 new rental units to the area, providing residents with modern and affordable housing.<\/p>\n

Civic 66<\/a><\/p>\n

ABA Architects Inc<\/a> and developer Killam REIT<\/a> have completed an 11-storey rental building at the heart of Downtown Kitchener at 66 Weber Street East. Named Civic 66, the building contributes 172 new rental units to the neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

The Rosedale on Bloor<\/a><\/p>\n

The newly completed 55-storey tower offers both condos and hotel rooms, along with retail spaces. This Gupta Group<\/a> development designed by SKYGRiD<\/a> has introduced 508 residential units and a 188-room Canopy by Hilton hotel to the stretch of Bloor between Sherbourne Street and Mount Pleasant Road.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>345 Danforth Road<\/a><\/p>\n

Danforth Road now boasts a new 6-storey self-storage facility, developed by StorageMart<\/a>. The Turner Fleischer Architects<\/a>-designed building enhances the commercial offerings along Danforth Road.<\/p>\n

340 Wallace<\/a><\/p>\n

Arcadia Custom Homes<\/a> has completed the development of a 3-storey condo in the Junction Triangle, adding four new residential units to the community. Contempostudio<\/a>\u00a0designed this addition to the neighbourhood, which stands at a heights of 10.74m.<\/p>\n

456 Armadale<\/a><\/p>\n

Runnymede welcomes the addition of a 3-storey residential building designed by Bernard Watt Architect<\/a>. The property, which features three new units, aims to bring a splash of modern style to this established west-end neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

357 King West<\/a><\/p>\n

Finally, adding to the vibrant life of Toronto’s Waterfront Communities is this 42-storey mixed-use condominium building developed by Great Gulf<\/a> and designed by BDP Quadrangle<\/a>. This now completed building, offering 340 new units, is looking to add greater density to an already bustling neighbourhood.<\/p>\n
