Some of the work crew appear on various levels of the huge scaffold erected at this Toronto Harbour site, as they clean and treat the concrete of this industrial port structure. While the whole site is being rehabbed as new waterfront parkland, the silos are being sealed against the elements, with their future use still to be determined.
