The works consist of the remodelling of the nine-storey, Grade II-listed building, adjacent to London Bridge to a Category A office standard.<\/p>\n

Originally completed in 1924 on the site of the original London Bridge, Adelaide House was London\u2019s first steel frame building, and at the time of construction was the tallest office building in the City.<\/p>\n

The design drawn up by Scott Brownrigg will also involve reconfiguration and enhancement works to external areas including the roof and riverside gardens.<\/p>\n
