Through the Custom Location Report, powered by data from our UTPro service, today&#8217;s report is centred on 360 Davis Drive. This family-oriented area in northern York Region of the Greater Toronto Area boasts a rich history. There are five projects in the pre-construction phase, two under active construction (with one phase completed at one of them), and another recently completed project contributing to this atmosphere of growth. The developments, a blend of commercial and residential projects, are set to incrementally transform this historic Newmarket neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p>The one fully completed development in the area is\u00a0was finished in 2022.\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/king-george-school-lofts-townhomes.51833\" target=\"_blank\">King George School Lofts &amp; Townhomes<\/a> stands as a beacon of adaptive reuse, transforming the heritage King George School into a vibrant residential complex. The first of three phases with the other two still under construction, this complex is also developed by\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/news\/2023\/07\/The Rose Corporation\" target=\"_blank\">The Rose Corporation<\/a>, this time with architecture by\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/raw-design.8045\" target=\"_blank\">RAW Design<\/a>. The average height, however, remains modest at 16.4m.
