Developed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/amexon-development-corporation.7635\" target=\"_blank\">Amexon Development Corporation<\/a> and designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/core-architects.7969\" target=\"_blank\">Core Architects<\/a>, the project is under construction at 1200 Sheppard Avenue East. The location, adjacent to the Leslie subway station, Oriole GO station, and nestled beside East Don parkland that courses through much of North York, offers residents the best of both worlds; urban conveniences right at their doorstep, and the serenity of a sprawling, forested ravine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the year since the launch of Amexon&#8217;s stylish presentation centre, notable progress has been made. Looking southeast with the levelled ground now fully prepared, a yellow crane stands prominently with its jib poised in anticipation. Closer to us, the green shoring rig, its drill bit slightly buried in the ground, is ready to take on its first work.
