Ray Dalton has been named vice-president of aftermarket sales at Fecon LLC. In the newly created role, Dalton will focus on growing the company\u2019s aftermarket business while also developing new solutions and products based on customer and dealer input for the global manufacturer of heavy-duty site preparation attachments and forestry accessories.<\/p>\n

\u201cFecon clearly understands the importance of aftermarket sales and support to become a preferred brand,\u201d Dalton said. \u201cIt\u2019s what attracted me to Fecon and has been a value that has always been at the heart of any role I served in.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the vice-president of aftermarket sales, Dalton will manage Fecon Connect, the company\u2019s online parts-ordering site, and lead the procurement and management of part inventory levels, including developing packages for key wear items. He will also work directly with dealers to make sure inventory levels are stocked appropriately, and to develop aftermarket solutions that enhance Fecon\u2019s products and offer a variety of benefits to a wide range of other hydraulic-powered products.<\/p>\n
