This has included reworking the park beside the Cloud Gardens (while it and its waterfall remains un-operating and awaiting overhauls) and totally rebuilding Temperance Street between the towers. Temperance was like any other poorly maintained side street downtown \u2014 wide enough for parallel parking on the sides plus two traffic lanes down the middle \u2014 but the rebuild replaces that with expanded sidewalks and high quality pavers; what was once an utterly unremarkable street is soon to be a destination, and close-able for street parties.
