The amenities would span 12,410m\u00b2 of area. Nearby, a project at\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/310-frances-avenue.48955\" target=\"_blank\">310 Frances Avenue<\/a>\u00a0is proposing 34, 37, and 44-storey towers situated just over a half km to the west, further underscore this trend.
