This development, located at the southeast corner of Railroad Street and Haggert Avenue North, north of Denison Avenue, is set to introduce 523 residential units on what is now surface parking lot, while retaining two 6-storey residential buildings currently on other parts of the land. This would entail a pedestrian connection to Railroad Street, provide for landscaping, and improved amenity areas. In addition, the plans call for 315 long-term and 53 short-term bicycle spaces.
