The stations have played pivotal roles in shaping the street&#8217;s urban development over the years, making it a hotspot for both residential and commercial projects. Of the 63 total projects in this zone, 17 are found along this corridor. Now, the new MTSA designations promise the potential for even more development here.<\/p>\n<p>Our Custom Report reveals the following breakdown of projects in this zone: 42 pre-construction, 7 currently under construction, and 13 recently completed. Residents will have a direct connection to the Forest Hill station on Eglinton Line 5.
