Other notable projects nearby include <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/1840-bayview.50528\" target=\"_blank\">1840 Bayview Avenue<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/2-20-glazebrook.48774\" target=\"_blank\">2-20 Glazebrook Avenue<\/a>, both proposed to stand 34 storeys and located approximately 150m north.
