The site is strategically positioned approximately one kilometre north of Broadview and subway station, about a 13-minute walk away, on Bloor-Danforth Line 2. The development is set to stand 37.08m tall and offer a total of 282 units, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 21,370m\u00b2. Situated at the southwest corner of the site, this green space would feature four new street trees along Broadview Avenue, adding to the neighbourhood&#8217;s greenery. The ground floor would feature a pet relief area, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard, and a fitness area. Additionally, a spacious amenity room and outdoor terrace are planned for the mechanical penthouse level.<\/p>\n<p>The development would include two levels of underground garage, offering a total of 186 spaces, with 170 for residents and 16 for visitors.
