For its residential gross floor area (GFA) of 30,544m\u00b2, the\u00a0development is set to provide 1,093m\u00b2 of indoor amenity space, 1,839m\u00b2 of outdoor amenity space. Residents would access these spaces on the 7th level, sitting atop the podium and including an outdoor rooftop area. While the architectural drawings highlight a designated area for bicycles at grade, the exact number of bicycle spaces remains unspecified in the proposal. Near the major intersection of Main and Queen streets, these include a proposed 42-storey building at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/31-33-george-street-north.48281\" target=\"_blank\">31-33 George Street North<\/a>\u00a0and a 48-storey tower at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/23-29-mill-street-north.53704\" target=\"_blank\">23-29 Mill Street North<\/a>, while adjacent to the station, a trio of towers ranging from 50 to 54 storeys are would be located at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/35-railroad-street.53258\" target=\"_blank\">35 Railroad Street<\/a>.
