American Global recently announced two new additions to its Canadian division. Account executive Ann Donald and account manager Joann Zhou will operate out of American Global\u2019s Canadian headquarters in Oakville, Ont., to provide Canadian contractors with the company\u2019s insurance services and solutions. The formative members of American Global\u2019s Canadian team will help extend the company\u2019s presence west into Calgary.<\/p>\n

Donald earned her Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations from the University of Calgary, together with her degree in business management. She also holds a business analysis certificate from Mount Royal University.<\/p>\n

Zhou holds her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation as well as a post graduate certificate in<\/p>\n

insurance management from Humber College in Toronto. She earned her bachelor of science degree in education<\/p>\n

technology from Shanghai International Studies University in China, a diploma in international transportation and customs from Seneca College in Toronto, and a business analysis certificate from the University of Toronto.<\/p>\n
