This fourth edition of the prestigious industry recognition program, our Class of 2023, celebrates the talents of individuals who are making their marks on the construction industry in our country.<\/p>\n<p>From developing forward-thinking processes to ensuring that the generations following them will have the tools, knowledge and support they need to forge their own careers, these young professionals represent the best of the best who illustrate the great opportunities that exist in today\u2019s construction sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach of these individuals brings a unique set of experiences and skills to their role, but they all share a common aim of pushing the bar higher for the betterment of the industry, and we thank and applaud them for their efforts,\u201d stated Adam Freill, editor of <em>On-Site Magazine<\/em>. \u201cThis is a program that we look forward to each year, and are looking to grow via such activities as our recently held 40 Under 40 virtual symposium exploring mentorship and career development.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All of this year\u2019s honourees are profiled in a special supplement in <em>On-Site Magazine<\/em>\u2019s October edition.
