NFP has hired Tyler James to be its North American construction property broking leader. In this role, James will be responsible for the company\u2019s construction property lines, including builders risk, contractors equipment and fixed property coverages. NFP is a major property and casualty (P&C) broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement plan advisor.<\/p>\n

James will support clients as they manage their risk exposures by leading the company\u2019s efforts to develop customized solutions and leveraging his deep experience as a broker and underwriter. He will report to Adrian Pellen, co-leader of NFP\u2019s Construction and Infrastructure group.<\/p>\n

James has more than a decade of commercial and construction underwriting experience working with some of the largest contractors and owner\/developers in North America. He most recently served as Midwest construction property manager for Zurich North America, where he implemented underwriting strategies, managed broker and client relationships, and identified product and coverage innovation.<\/p>\n
