The achievement of this milestone, stated CFCSA, demonstrates the commitment of employers, employees and safety professionals across the country to maintaining accredited standard of safety within their organizations.

COR certification involves rigorous evaluations of an organization’s health and safety management system. It encompasses hazard identification, risk assessment and effective control measures, ensuring that Canadian companies are equipped to handle the unique challenges of the construction industry. The aim of the program is to foster a culture of safety while reducing workplace incidents.

A key finding of the CFCSA’s commitment to COR certification, explained the federation, is that firms holding the accreditation experience an average of 18 per cent lower injury rates compared to non-certified firms. For more information about the Certificate of Recognition program is available on the CFCSA’s website.

www.cfcsa.ca

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-5143531171910809"
     data-ad-slot="8320848692"
     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>

This article was originally posted at Source link

There are now more than 10,000 active Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified firms across the nation, reports the Canadian Federation … Read more

[1085

post-23227","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-onsite-magazine","generate-columns","tablet-grid-50","mobile-grid-100","grid-parent","grid-33
["GET
