The platform then generates true-to-life progress reports supported by visuals, providing managers and stakeholders with accurate, objective data and in-depth analysis, leading to improved efficiency.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-evidence-based-real-time-analysis\">Evidence-based\u00a0real-time\u00a0analysis<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/11\/buildots-inside.jpg\" alt=\"Buildots\" class=\"wp-image-2014930 lazyload\" width=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2023\/11\/buildots-inside.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/aec-business.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/buildots-inside-960x1200.jpg 960w, https:\/\/aec-business.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/buildots-inside-768x960.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\"\/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<p>The Royal Bournemouth Hospital\u2019s new BEACH building (Births, Emergency And Critical Care, Children\u2019s Health) will include a new purpose-built maternity unit, purpose-built children\u2019s unit, enhanced emergency department, and critical care unit.<\/p>\n<p>The total extension is 22,650m\u00b2,\u00a0and the design meets modern best practice standards and guidelines. It will also be a \u2018BREEAM Excellent\u2019 standard building, placing it in the top 10% of UK buildings in terms of sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe NHS is committed to efficient use of public funds, and Buildots technology is a great example of how we\u2019re using cutting-edge technology to help provide the best value for money for the taxpayer. It provides evidence-based analysis in real time, reassuring us that the healthcare standards on the BEACH building project are being met,\u201d says\u00a0<strong>Steve Killen<\/strong>, Transformation Director at UHD.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-construction-alliance\">A construction alliance<\/h2>\n<p>The project is being undertaken by UHD\u2019s main contractor for transformation, Integrated Health Projects (IHP) \u2013 an alliance between VINCI Construction UK and building and civil engineering company Sir Robert McAlpine.<\/p>\n<p>The BEACH Building is planned to open in early 2025 and forms part of the \u00a3250m transformation of UHD\u2019s hospitals, including Poole and Christchurch Hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re proud that the BEACH building construction is the first NHS transformation project to use this great system.
