Western Global has bolstered its North American sales team with the promotion of a trio of its personnel. The manufacturer of fuel and fluid storage solutions has promoted Dean Nasato, Jeremy Shepherd and Josh Pogozelski to head-of-sales positions. Nasato will lead sales activities in Canada, Shepherd will do likewise in the Western region of the United States, and Pogozelski will head up sales in the Eastern United States.<\/p>\n

\u201cWestern Global offers more than just a tank; we have people who are available to support and take care of customers in their respective regions. Having that expertise conveniently available to end users significantly heightens our customers\u2019 experience,\u201d said Ken Steury, Western Global director of regional sales. \u201cIt\u2019s challenging for any one person to be an expert in every geographical area with differing codes and jurisdictions. Having local team members provides convenience to get on site quickly and give support and clarity when needed.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company says these new positions will support Western Global\u2019s growing sales network, which has been expanding to meet increased demand as operations seek more fuel efficiency. A heightened presence throughout North America allows product experts to provide support much more easily, they explained, adding that a Western Global representative can quickly travel to a site to provide in-person assistance if a local official or fire marshal visits a jobsite and has questions when reviewing for fuel storage compliance.<\/p>\n

Nasato, Shepherd and Pogozelski are all experienced Western Global personnel with proven leadership in sales.<\/p>\n

Nasato has more than 36 years of experience in rental equipment sales and general construction equipment sales. Western Global hired him in 2019 as regional sales manager of the rental and equipment division in Canada, making him the company\u2019s first dedicated rental representative in Canada. Before that, he spent 32 years selling construction equipment to the rental channel.<\/p>\n

Shepherd boasts more than 20 years of experience working for industrial equipment manufacturers. Before his new role, Shepherd was Western Global\u2019s West U.S. fuel distribution regional sales manager.<\/p>\n

Pogozelski has more than 12 years of experience working in various industries as an account manager. He started working with Western Global in 2021 as the company\u2019s eastern U.S. fuel distribution regional sales manager.<\/p>\n
