D-terminal reconstruction is their first project that has been procured with BIM requirements for the designers and the contractor and the as-built model will be requested at handover. This digital twin will act as the basis for the maintenance process.<\/p>\n<p>Project participant\u2019s experience and challenges throughout the process were shared by <strong>Hele-Mai Metsal<\/strong> and <strong>Riho Joala<\/strong> (Port of Tallinn), <strong>Peter Haab<\/strong> (Sweco Projekt), <strong>Miina Karafin<\/strong> (Nordecon), <strong>Vaiko Veeleid<\/strong> (Hades Geodeesia) and <strong>Taavi Liiv<\/strong> (Tulitec).<\/p>\n<p>Watch the recording and download the presentations at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/kirahub.org\/en\/wdbe2020\/pre-event-data-flow-in-the-construction-lifecycle\/\" target=\"_blank\">wdbe.org<\/a>.
