Jaan has managed processes and IT in the construction industry for over 15 years.<\/p>\n

He joined the public sector in 2018 with the goal to digitally transform construction in Estonia.<\/p>\n

Jaan is Head of Digital Construction at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.<\/p>\n

He is currently working on developing the \u201ce-construction platform\u201d which will provide the digital infrastructure for collaborative data sharing and integrate innovative services related to the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of built assets.<\/p>\n

Jaan is a keynote presenter at World Summit of Digital Built Environment WDBE 2019 <\/a>in Helsinki in September 2019. He\u2019s going to talk about defragmenting the construction industry with a digital platform.<\/p>\n
