Founded in 1961 by Frank Conway, FM Conway was owned by the Conway family. His granddaughter Joanne Conway took over the role of chair and CEO of the FM Conway Group following her father Michael Conway\u2019s death in March 2022.<\/p>\n
FM Conway is now part of VINCI Construction but will continue to operate as a standalone business.<\/p>\n
VINCI said: \u201cOn completion of the agreement, Joanne Conway has stepped away from the company and longstanding board member, Andrew Hansen, will oversee the next phase of FM Conway\u2019s evolution and growth within VINCI.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hansen joined FM Conway in 1998 and becomes\u00a0 Managing Director.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cThis is an exciting new chapter in FM Conway\u2019s story, opening up fantastic opportunities for how we deliver for our clients and for communities.\u00a0 We\u2019ve always been a company that has pushed boundaries and embraced new opportunities.<\/p>\n

Scott Wardrop, chief executive of VINCI Construction in the UK, said: \u201cI am very pleased to welcome the FM Conway team to VINCI.
