Untitled Toronto\u2019s 26- and 37-storey towers stand out for their semi-serrated balconies, while the 39-storey The Corner on Broadway at Redpath Avenue offers a rectilinear design at 39 storeys. UrbanToronto last provided an update on both in <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/news\/2024\/08\/untitled-toronto-and-100-broadway-ascending-side-side-midtown-toronto.56622\" target=\"_blank\">August, 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Looking southeast from Erskine Avenue in November, 2024, the north and south towers of Untitled Toronto are seen on the left. The north tower has reached its mechanical penthouse visible above the step-backs on the north elevation. Looking northeast across Broadway Avenue, Untitled Toronto\u2019s south tower, now standing about 35 storeys tall, is looking more distinctive as glass balcony guards are being applied to more floors. Designed in collaboration with\u00a0Grammy-winning artist Pharrell Williams,\u00a0its balcony edges take the waveform from one of Pharrell\u2019s songs, Gust of Wind.
