House of Assembly<\/a> is nearing completion, with occupancy scheduled for early this year. Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects<\/a> for Marlin Spring Developments<\/a>, the 17-storey residential condo building in Toronto\u2019s Junction Triangle is one of several buildings within the Sterling Master Plan redevelopment area. Situated south of Bloor Street at 201 Sterling Road, the building is within walking distance of Bloor GO and UP Express stations and Lansdowne subway station. UrbanToronto last provided an update<\/a> in September, 2024 when the building had topped off.<\/p>\n In this February, 2025 view looking north, the massing and cladding of the south elevation, seen below, is close to looking like that of the rendering above, with the notable exception of most of the glass balconies guards which are still to be installed.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>The north and west elevations showcase the precast brick veneer panels paired with window wall glazing framed in black mullions and accented by metal louvres. At the northeast end, the construction hoist remains in place for the delivery of interior finishing materials. At grade, a curtain wall system encloses future retail spaces.<\/p>\n The building is adjacent to the Barrie GO rail corridor, so its east wall (seen from Dora Avenue, below) has a 7.5 metre-high crash wall incorporated into it (in raw concrete) and white precast panels up to the seventh floor for sound attenuation inside those suites.\u00a0Rectangular openings await the installation of louvres.
