Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/arcadis.8006\" target=\"_blank\">Arcadis<\/a> for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/reserve-properties.7805\" target=\"_blank\">Reserve Properties<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/capital-developments.7671\" target=\"_blank\">Capital Developments<\/a>, the condominium includes heritage elements at grade, with the brick walls of 8 Elm Street preserved in place and restored panels from 348 and 352 Yonge Street set to be reinstalled. The brick masonry heritage facade of 8 Elm Street, preserved in place, now stands without a facade retention scaffold that held it up until new concrete structure what built behind it. To the right, the panels of 348 Yonge Street will be reinstated to form the south facade, with heritage work overseen by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/gbca-architects.7997\" target=\"_blank\">GBCA Architects<\/a>. Yet another cantilevered staging platform extends over Elm Street, fenced off by yellow safety netting.
