The construction hoist, which previously in use on 28 Eastern&#8217;s Sackville Street elevation, had been taken down, with that area still needing its cladding installed. Above, the cantilevered overhang features exposed cast-in-place concrete, partially lined with white weatherproofing material. The pre-finished aluminum window wall system features glazing, spandrel panels, and louvres. The brick veneer masonry at its base is punctuated by trellis-like decorative panels. The exposed soffit is being prepared for finishing. The window wall system is fully installed on the upper floors, while construction fencing remains along Eastern Avenue and Sackville Street as final streetscape work progresses.
