The event, which will be held at the Pan Pacific Vancouver, coincides with International Women\u2019s Day and aims to inspire and empower women within the construction sector.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"LEAP Women in Construction Highlights\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lmsPQseDRtg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building upon the success of its inaugural event last year, LEAP organizers say that this year\u2019s program will continues to provide a platform for learning, networking and fostering a sense of community among women in construction, explaining that the conference theme, \u201cBuilding Futures,\u201d reflects a commitment to elevating and uplifting women by encouraging them to take bold steps forward in their careers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event\u2019s keynote speaker, Michelle Cederberg, will share insights on optimizing performance in today\u2019s demanding world.
