Prior to joining the company, Cooper was Managing Director of Transportation Major\u00a0 Projects and Design for Kier Group, where he was responsible for the successful\u00a0 delivery of a portfolio of major projects across the country for key clients including\u00a0 National Highways.<\/p>\n
