Currently, it hosts a single-storey retail plaza with surface parking. The site is buffered by a wooded parkland area from low-rise houses that predominate in the adjacent residential areas of the Central Erin Mills neighbourhood. The West Block would front Erin Mills Parkway and rise from a shared 7-storey podium, topped by two towers of 31 and 34 storeys, housing 704 units. The East Block would feature a single tower rising to 28 storeys from\u00a0a 7-storey podium and 318 units. The Erin Mills Town Centre Bus Terminal with multiple routes is approximately 450m away, or a 7-minute walk. Regional service is provided by the Streetsville GO station, situated about\u00a0 2km northeast, a 4-minute drive or 6-minute bike ride. To the south, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/kith-and-kindred-condominiums.21698\" target=\"_blank\">The Kith and Kindred Condominiums<\/a> is nearing the end of construction with three towers ranging from 11 to 25 storeys. Northeast of the site, near the GO station, the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/streetsville-centre-plaza-redevelopment.52772\" target=\"_blank\">Streetsville Centre Plaza Redevelopment<\/a> proposes eight buildings between 8 and 15 storeys, while <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/64-thomas-street.48195\" target=\"_blank\">64 Thomas Street<\/a> is planned to bring three towers from 12 to 22 storeys. Further south, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/4099-erin-mills-parkway.50506\" target=\"_blank\">4099 Erin Mills Parkway<\/a> proposes 14 storeys.
