Around 20 firms acquired by the business will now come under the M Group marque covering a \u00a32.5bn portfolio.<\/p>\n
Brands like Morrison Water Services, Milestone Infrastructure, Dyer & Butler and Avonline will all disappear, but the group\u2019s leadership and teams remain unchanged.<\/p>\n
M Group employs more than 11,000 staff operating from over 200 locations.<\/p>\n

M Group Water \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0takes over from Morrison Water Services<\/p>\n M Group Energy<\/strong> \u2013 Morrison Energy Services, Morrison Data Services and Callisto<\/p>\n M Group Telecom<\/strong> \u2013 Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene, Waldon Telecom and Avonline<\/p>\n M Group Highways<\/strong> \u2013 Milestone Infrastructure<\/p>\n M Group Rail & Aviation \u2013 <\/strong>Dyer & Butler, KH Engineering and Antagrade<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Seeka is a part of the M Group family that will be retaining its brand and most recent acquisitions \u2013 AgilityEco and BGEN that will continue to exist for a period of time as the evolution of M Group continues.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
