It\u2019s asking members to vote on the following positions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The union demand for an increase in hourly wage rates: an increase of 24.35% over 4 years.<\/li>\n<li>The agreement on the increase in social benefits (retirement and medical insurance): increase of 22% over 4 years.<\/li>\n<li>The possibility of triggering a <em>lock-out, <\/em>at the time deemed appropriate, if the Trade Union Alliance triggers a legal strike under Bill R20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ICI and civil construction workers in Quebec have already ratified an agreement in principle, <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montrealgazette.com\/business\/article795085.html\" target=\"_blank\">surprising observers<\/a>.
