Following site clearnace in July, 2024 and ground breaking the following month, the 50-storey mixed-use tower designed by\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/bh-architects.7960\" target=\"_blank\">B+H Architects<\/a> is rising just steps north of Kipling station with its TTC, GO, and MiWay transit services.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><imgx class=\"image-display_default\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.skyrisecities.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/articles\/2025\/04\/58398\/58398-182877.jpeg\" data-entity-uuid=\"insert-display_default-c20bf01b-db16-4640-8c1f-8611e310485a\" data-entity-type=\"file\" alt=\"Kipling Station Condos, Toronto, designed by B+H Architects for CentreCourt\" title=\"Looking northeast to Kipling Station Condos, Toronto, designed by B+H Architects for CentreCourt\" onclick=\"photo('https:\/\/cdn.skyrisecities.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/articles\/2025\/04\/58398\/58398-182877.jpeg', true, 'Looking northeast to Kipling Station Condos, Toronto, designed by B+H Architects for CentreCourt'); return false;\"><span class=\"image-description\">Looking northeast to Kipling Station Condos, Toronto, designed by B+H Architects for CentreCourt<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Recent work follows a minor variance approved in October 2024, which authorized reduced ground-floor height and bicycle parking widths.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Captured in December, 2024, this drone image shows the crane mast that was installed the month before rising up out of view to the photo&#8217;s right side, while the while the foundation walls are covered in a bold orange tarp below. Within the walls, the concrete slab for the second and lowest underground parking level is poured. Construction crews are seen working atop wooden forms for the floor slab, before a rebar mesh is created around which liquid concrete will be poured. Concrete walls have been poured southeast of the crane. In the centre, a freshly poured elevated slab is framed by formwork, with rebar projecting where columns will eventually be formed.
