The Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) is targeting the summit with the unveiling of its 2025 Construction Leadership Forum (CLF) schedule. The organization says the event, which has the theme \u201cSummit to Success\u201d will be a powerful three-day experience designed for construction leaders who are ready to level up.<\/p>\n
Taking place from May 8 to 10 at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, the association says the conference offers a unique opportunity to step away from the jobsite and into big-picture thinking, for construction leaders who are ready to level up their leadership, strengthen their teams, and shape the future of B.C.\u2019s built environment.<\/p>\n
\u201cCLF is where leadership meets momentum,\u201d stated Jeannine Martin, president of VRCA. \u201cThis isn\u2019t just a conference, it\u2019s where the future of construction come to recharge, reimagine, and reignite their purpose. Whether you\u2019re looking to tackle today\u2019s challenges or get ahead of tomorrow\u2019s trends, CLF will leave you energized, connected, and ready to lead with impact.\u201d<\/p>\n
Over 300 construction professionals from across British Columbia are expected to gather to explore the latest trends, tackle tough conversations, and to share innovative solutions that drive the industry forward. From practical takeaways to inspirational insights, this forum is built for those who want to lead with purpose and build for the future.<\/p>\n
Planned highlights include a keynote opening that will include stories and lessons from above the clouds and past the ocean\u2019s horizon from Canadian adventurer Laval St. Germain, as well as a session about coaching strategies from five-time CFL All Star and two-time Grey Cup Champion Sean Millington, Team Canada Baseball head coach Terry McKaig, and former NHL defenceman Dave Babych.<\/p>\n
