It was about 7.30am and it was really windy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"733\">\u201cIt just ripped off and banged on the floor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"855\">\u201cThere was a vehicle passing through. I ran to it and tried to see if he was okay.
